I agree that by proceeding with Ebiz Loans that I am granting Ebiz Loans power of attorney to represent me, only in the act of the application and loan process, either written, electronically, verbally,or otherwise. Ebiz Loans does not have the authority to either accept or decline any loan on my behalf. I grant Ebiz Loans the right to communicate with all lender sonmy behalf verbally or through e-mail. I also grant Ebiz Loans access to my credit reportand understand that Ebiz Loans may pull and view my credit report for up to 120 days from ending service with Ebiz Loans. This would only be required to verify if the loan was taken and if the loan funding contingency fee was not paid.

I understand that Ebiz Loans may refer me to apply or have me applied from 3-6 different financial establishments. Some credit providers they have direct relationships with, and some they will use their expert placement skills to obtain my approvals. Each individual lender will do its own credit check.

I am under no obligation to accept any loan presented to me from Ebiz Loans

I agree that Ebiz Loans has a loan funding contingency fee of 5% of the total loan amount. The funding contingency fee is due to Ebiz Loans within 2 business days from receiving access to the funds. A late fee will accrue 2 business days after I receive access to the funds, the accruing late fees will be $25.00 each day. Ebiz Loans accepts payment by invoice. Invoice will be submitted through a third-party processing company that accepts check, debit or credit card.

I understand that there will be a late fee of $25 per day if I am not able to make payment within2 business days of receiving access to the funds.
